View Full Version : DCT6200 CCI=2 prevents dvhs recording?

I'm using a dct6200 with a mits dvhs. When I go to the dct status page(turn off stb, hit select) and check the interface port status, "5c" is always 0 and says copy free. However, when I go to the "Channel Status" menu option, there are 2 bits= CCI and DRM, that are always set differently depending on the channel. I can record fine to DVHS and capDVHS when both flags are 0 or just DRM is set to 1. When CCI is set to 2, I can't record (no picture with dvhs, empty file with capdvhs) no matter what the DRM flag is set to. I've been to other forums, but no one seems certain what either of these flags do exactly. Are either of them 5c? Is CCI related to broadcast flag(Which isn't supposed to be used at this time)? Will someone please clarify this for me?
