sorry i know this might be an odd request. my classic consoles look bad on my LCD PJ... and i want to move them to my office room with a crt set.

i would like it to have svideo, composite, and component, for my 480P gamecube, but if having the component input/PS capability is going to diminish the svideo and composite picture quality, i can live without the component. any suggestions?

I'd go look for a used Sony Wega or Panasonic.

I like RCA and Toshiba, too, for those type of TVs.

Nothing beats classic gaming on a working 20 years old Sony Trinitron. But for the second
generation, you can get a Sony FD Trinitron, Toshiba, and Philips for that clear 480i signal.

The Sony 970 HD CRT is the way to go. It's got an even better picture then the 40" SD CRT at the store. Trust me, I tried it out, and the Sony wins hands down. Pay a few extra bucks for it. It's well worth it.
