I'm looking to reduce the amount of cables and one option I was entertaining was to run them through the wall and run the connections (i.e. Cat5, COAX, etc.) via wall outlets. I noticed that Leviton seems to provide all of the connections/wallplates that I need for my project.
Is this a good brand? Is there a reliable online retailer that sells their products at a good price?
I found one retailer that has everything I need, LevitonProducts(dot)com.
Thanks in advance.

I've had nothing but good value and service from Parts Express:

Another of my favorite vendors is one of the sponsers here, Monoprice

I would agree with BIGmouthinDC and also add milestek.com to the list.

I'm planning to use http://www.datapro.net/ because they appear to have exactly what I want for remotely locating my PCs and they'll custom cut plates.

why not just use 'keystone' plates, you can mix and match, and readily available.

Keystones are fine except for HDMI/DVI, RGB etc.
Laner Electrical Supply (https://www.laner.com/teledata.shtml) has a good selection of colors you'd have a hard time finding at partsexpress, etc.

anyone have a good guide on how to terminate / where to buy the cable to use these guys? (For instance...where does one buy the cable to make an HDMI run?)
You don't terminate HDMI. You buy a built-up cable and plug it into the back of the wallplate.
