ok so i started having a problem awhile back. i noticed it mostly while using my xbox 360 and such. there was a black line that was visable on the left side of the screen. it was really only when it was a black screen or when there was a night scene on a movie or video game with alot of greys. i had best buy and samsung practicly living at my house trying to figure it out. finally gave up in a cloud of obscenities on the phone with samsung.
thats not the problem though. im willing to accept the fact that the line will probably be there forever untill i can get a repair guy over at night when its can be seen. the problem i have though is the last guy out adjusted the blacks and other color settings to try and bury the problem. the picture has turned into a mess and i really dont feel like paying someone 95 bucks to come out and press a few buttons. tthe colors are a bit too dark and they kind of bleed out with the blue, red and greens. is there a way some body here can hip me to accessing the black maintenance screen they went to when they smeared my picture to reset it to how it was when we bought it? sorry this was war and peace long.
