I think that a "low end" AVR, "high-end" AVR, and "Separates" forums are needed (or sub forums like the HTPC linux/mac)
I find that a lot of good information get buried in talk about high end receivers. This makes it hard for the "average joe" to find helpful information on reasonably prices AVRs.
I have recommended this forum to many people looking for home theater components. Many have stated then when looking for AVRs their posts go unnoticed, information is buried behind high end AVRs, or information is buried in manufacture threads with high end/low end receivers - many many pages long.
