I am looking at possible purchase of jvc av32f577. I have read some old posts [ July of 06] but can't find anything new.
Does anyone out there have one, and are they happy with it, or are they sorry they bought it?
I leave my tv on most of the day, so for me crt's rule.
If anyone likes something better, speak up! I've played with the "34xbr" idea, but my current jvc is 32" and I want the same size or bigger. The xbr is a beautiful picture, but it appears smaller due to widescreen. { My opinion}
Seems Toshibas and phillips are not given very high marks here, so, OK, I'd welcome any comments about a {available} crt { 32" or bigger} that is a favorite?

Also, I called JVC today, and they said to be carefull of buying the product from dealers on amazon, as some are sold as new, when in fact they may be "refurbished". Has anyone had dealings with "Direct Tech"? They are a new company, but unlike many who had a " no return policy" or required buyer to pay return shipping { I'm talking if set is defective out of the box, here} They were agreeable to handling any problems. So, is there a " reputable" online company to deal with? These {any} crt's are getting harder to find! Thanks to anyone who replies.
