Does anyone know if I can use Vista at all? Looks like I will actually have to buy a laptop with XP, and return it for a refund~! I certainly don't want to do this but what the Hell can I do? You would think having the newest software would be an asset NOT a liability! I want to program my new MX-3000 this weekend but my laptop runs VISTA!~BTW: I have tried installing Active Sync with no results. ANY IDEAS?
THANKS!!

it is a microsoft problem. Vista screws up TONS of software. so probably faster to get a cheap laptop and get it done
ejfree,
Not sure why you say it is a Microsoft problem. If the software developers of third party programs CHOOSE not to update their software to work with Vista, how is Microsoft to blame?
No affiliation with Microsoft, but am involved in the software development business.
