Not nearly close to finished yet, but I'm not complaining. ;)
Gallo Reference 3.0 Stereo speakers (Phantom Center)
Orb Audio Mod 1 Surrounds (2) (Will be replaced with Gallo A'Diva Tis at some point)
Pioneer Elite VSX-81TXV Reciever
Onkyo TX-SR700 Reciever powering Auro Pro Bass Shakers
Oppo OPDV971H DVD Player (DVI>HDMI into Pioneer)
Sony Playstation 3 (HDMI into Pioneer)
Xbox 360 with HD-DVD add-on (VGA into monitor)
Syntax Olevia LT37HVE HDTV
Numark PT-01 Turntable (in dire need of an upgrade here)
Nintendo Wii (Component into Pioneer)
Some Modular Acoustics panels
other assorted video game systems

I had sold my Axiom M60/VP150/QS8 and SVS PB12-NSD system for something smaller. Got the Reference 3s first and will eventually complete the setup. I needed something that wouldn't take up too much space, let me go without a sub (Ref3s and Bass Shakers take care of all the low end I need), and be just as good for music as it is for movies.
Most of the system is pretty cobbled together for now as far as surround sound (phantom center, orbs that were lying around as surrounds) but it still sounds great. The Ref3s and the Orbs match surprisingly well after being EQed by the Pioneer.

Nice. Even a turntable.

Needs an 8 track player, though. You have the space cleared and everything...

Those are without a doubt, the coolest looking speakers I have ever seen. Nice setup. What is that 12" disc shaped thing on the top left shelf though?

Very nice looking setup. Gallo's are definately ment to be displayed without the grills.

Great system. No sub d/t space? Why not add two or three little SVS 20-39's and squeeze them between the Gallos? (kidding)

I love the speakers, the only open speakers i've seen that comes anywhere near that in stylish design is the Jamo 909 speakers. I am very impressed.

:D :D
I would definitely like to add a sub but it may not be in the cards for now. If I do get one though it will probably be something along the lines of a Martin Logan Grotto, or one of the super small Velodynes.

I am surprised that no one mentioned this. Your Ref 3.1 speakers are currently blasting your audio gear with bass drivers pointing directly towards each other with your gear in between. I have listened to 3.1 but never oriented that way; they have not been designed for this orientation. Have you tried pointing the bass drivers outward?

Well they're far enough in front of the gear that the bass drivers are not pointing directly at them, and I've since moved them even further out.
If you want to get into it though, they were designed to be interchangeable in regards to the bass driver orientation depending on what would sound best in the room.
From the 6moons review:
"By virtue of being mirror-imaged, the Gallos can be positioned woofers-in or woofers-out. In my long-wall setup, woofers-in created a bit more midbass heft and warmth, woofers-out was more linear and my preferred poison."
They definitely sound much better in my small room "woofers-in", as I've tried them both ways.

Well, enjoy them then. It didn't occur to me that you probably tried both positions and then picked the one that sounded the best. You've got yourself very nice speakers that will last you a long time.

Man, I have the Gallo micronucleus setup as a second front stage (thanks to the A/B switch on my reciever) with a due' center channel, and it sounds Amazing.. I can only imagine how a reference setup like that sounds!!!
