What improvement, if any, are you seeing with various sources - HD DVD, BD, SD DVD, OTA HD, DirecTV HD and SD, etc. vs. without the video processor?

I don't have my RS1 yet - but losing the ability to vertical stretch any of those sources for constant hight with just the RS1-
I'll be able to report soon on the effect of Lumagen HDQ on the chain - just waiting on that second shipment :)

(I'm in Durham by the way - once in house I'm happy to have you come and demo - PM me if you are interested)

I use a VP-50 because the RS-1 does not have enough inputs for me. Also, I can use the per input picture settings of the VP-50. I have not tried running of the sources directly into the project yet. I am using the VP-50 with:

Sony BD-1
Toshiba XA-2
JVC DVHS
Pioneer LD
Time Warner Cable
Door Cams

I put a posting in the Home Theater Meet-Up forum for exactly that but got no hits - maybe I'll put a posting here. I'm in Durham. We should get a group together...
I have:
HD-DVD
BRD
Time Warner Cable
SD-DVD
Laserdisc

all running through the HDQ

Vigga, sounds like you are going to hit the colorspace bug gregr described due to DVI out on the HDQ. Interested to hear your experience.

Perhaps - unless they have it fixed firmware wise in the 2nd wave
