You guys have led me to upgrade my X1 to the HD1000u
I will connect thru HDMI
so now what DVD player should I get?
I mainly watch SD DVD's - with no plans for HD DVD in the near future.
I am asking here cause this is where the HD1000 folks are.
I need the best bang for the buck, as I am LOW on funds !

Make sure you get a HD upconverting DVD player.

I purchased a Vizeo Bravo D-1 for 34.00 plus freight It has DVI out. DVI to HDMI connector 6.00 dollars upconverts to 720p works perfect !

I just bought a sony dvp-ns75h for mine on ebay for 60 bucks brand new. Then bought a 25ft HDMI-HDMI for 14 bucks... I think it's gonna be a great setup for only $74 total
