I've seen a while ago in some A/V forum that there was maybe some compatibility issues with the Optoma HD7100 and some HD-DVD players but they where still going to run some tests(the poster in this forum). It seem that i can't find that thread anymore, if someone can remember or point me to this issue that would be appreciated.

And on another note, is there degradation in HDMI signals if you have a long connection, like 25 feet?
