Hey there... Since it seems there are experts here on the AMX Panja systems, I have a programming issue.

We have done a remodel to a home with this system including Ax3, RF, VSS, CP and mroe...

I am also looking at adding some other modules, which I seem to find on ebay at great prices, such as card hubs for lighting, mics, etc... and the PLB Amps for the whole house audio system (already installed with Niles amps).

Since we have purchased new TV, Bluray, and AV equipment, I wanted to download the software and play with programming.

I signed up at AMX, but when I try to DL anything, it says I dont have the proper permissions.

Does anyone know where else I can get this from?

I found my AMX controller software... but it is from 1999.

still cant DL from AMX site, so I still need help with getting updates.

You need to be an authorized dealer to get software updates.

I know its a bit late but I know for a fact that you don't have to be an authorized dealer. I contacted AMX corporate my self and the put me in touch with the office nearest me, which is actually 5 mins from my house. I spoke with one of the staff memebers there and he was nice enough to make me a CD with all the software loaded. THat is one way of getting the software.

Also, one equipment are you using as yur remote? I am using an AMX Panja VPT-CP.
