Hi Guys, Wanna give me your $02. About 4 years ago I bought a proxima 9260+ from one of our sponsors. They were great. I have a dedicated HT and the Proxima is hanging upside from a mount. The Bulb is going. I called the sponsor and it is about $500 to replace. The sales guy told me to consider getting the Panasonic (I think it’s the 100) for about $1500 after rebate instead. What would you do? I am happy with the Proxima picture but the fan is loud. I know the contrast on the Panasonic is much greater and native 16:9. I am not currently running HDTV to the projector and I have a denon 2900 DVD. No Blue or HDDVD yet but I will get one eventually for sure. Should I wait another bulb and get a 1080P projector later?
