i have a harman kardon tc30 which is exactly like some of the logitech harmony remotes out there.

anyway...i have a westy 37" tv remote where there is one button called the aspect where u change the size of the pix on the tv from "standard" to "fill" mode. well my tc30 aspect functio didnt work with the tv. so i went into the setting where u try to learn the command. but it said it couldn't learn it..and to contact tech support so it can be added?

wtf? why do i need to contact tech support so it can be added to my tc30 remote? what can the tech support do that i cant do?

does any1 here ever have to contact tech support so they can add their command for them? and does it really work?
