So I'm looking for something relatively cheap that will do the following:

-Remove HDCP from an HDMI signal (I have an older HDTV that doesn't support HDCP through HDMI and I really don't want to be stuck with Blu-rays and/or HD-DVDs that either don't play or play at a lower resolution once they start coming out with them)
-Downscale a 1080p signal to 720p or 1080i (this one's not as important)
