Has anyone in the DC area been able to pick up DC101 (101.1) HD-1 or HD-2 over the past couple weeks?

I noticed a couple weeks ago that the analog and HD signals, which for DC101 are normally synced up pretty well, started to go way off...I switched my JVC KDHDR1 to analog only for the time being. The next morning, analog only, even if I try to switch "hold" mode to auto or digital only, and it's been that way ever since.

I can still pick up all the other HD stations fine..just want to know if it's my radio or if Clear Channel is being stupid. And it's not a distance thing, I live about 5 miles from the broadcast tower and the analog comes through clear as a bell.

I've noticed that the HD stream has been absent on my Boston Acoustics Recepter over the past week or two.

There are several stations in the area whose HD streams come and go without warning. I'm not sure if it's some sort of environmental variable, or if the stations are tinkering with things. I live in a brick-faced high-rise apartment in the city, so that may have something to do with my reception problems. I can only occasionally get 104.1 and 105.9 in HD. I was able to pick up 93.9 in HD for the first time a couple of weekends ago, but I haven't heard it since. They must have been testing at the time, because 93.9 comes in VERY strong at my location. I also have a tough time getting a good signal from 99.1 and 106.7, so I'm unsure if those two are actually sending out the HD yet. Otherwise, I get all of the other HD stations in D.C. without a problem.

Yep..noticed on the way home yesterday. Thanks!

I *think* I've been able to pick up 106.7 in HD pretty regularly. My main stomping grounds are in PG County around Greenbelt and out to Annapolis, though, so it may have to do with where their tower is. That, and my radio is in a car with a full metal body that'll pick up just about anything :).

I'm noticing there isn't any digital clipping like there once was. I had sent an email asking them to tone down the EQ on the analog side since it was causing lots of noise on the digital side (seemed to get really bad just a couple weeks ago. Made Elliot's laugh even more unbearable!). Glad everything is back up.

Now if 102.7 would re-EQ their station, I might consider thinking about listening to it.
