My installer gave me three MX850 remotes for my home. One is in the Master BR, one in the kitchen, and one in the music room. The receivers are in a rack in the basement. Sometimes the one for my master bedroom will control the kitchen. My installer tells me this is impossible as they are on two different frequencies, but nonetheless it happens quie often. I've tried masking off the sensors attached to the direct tv and cable boxes, but it hasn't helped. The house runs off an Elan System 12. Any ideas how to fix this?
