I'm really looking to get a new system for my car and I need some help.

1997 MBZ E320

I need new speakers
A new head unit
An Amp
And Im looking at 2 subs

For what I have been told Alpine is the way to go for the Head and 2 10" L7 Kickers would be best for the subs but for speakers and an AMP I am kinda clueless.

Any and all suggestions would be greatly appreciated along with what people think I should be paying for those 10" Kickers.
