1) TSReader, play a stream and use 'Record program to DVHS' menu option
2) CapDVHS, use 'wrtdvhs' option
3) DVHSTool (anyone use that anymore?), has a way to write ts to DVHS.

I connect D-VHS and PC via 1394 and use wrtdvhs's option of CapDVHS

then start but TV shows that can not decode video or audio ......

what's problem with that?

Is there special requirements from my computer ?

Hopefully you are not sending your TV H264 transport stream files.

GraphEdit is another tool you can use. See this document for details:

Windows XP and D-VHS Howto (http://web.archive.org/web/20060428000925/http://www.webtc.com/DVHS/default.htm#Recording an MPEG2 transport file onto the D-VHS video tape)

(This is a link to the copy at webarchive.org, since the original at webtc.com is down.)

If the show is 5C it will not be detected by a DVHS emulator only a DVHS machine ( I think :)
