I purchased a Harmony 636 remote and have everything set up with all of my activities, etc. I have a Samsung 50" DLP TV and a Motorola DVR (BMC9012) with the Moxi program.
My only problem that I have left to conquer is that when I change channels up or down, the response time is very, very slow (10 seconds or more).
I have reprogrammed with the Logitech software 3 times, adjusting the Power on Delay, Inter key delay and the Inter device delay on the TV and DVR to no avail.

I reviewed the sticky that you had on the "Slow Response of the Harmony Remote" and saw one reference to the Motorola DVR and have tried all the settings. Instead of lowering the three main delays, should I be increasing them?

Any help would be appreciated.
