I just received my HD box from rogers cable the other day and for some reason I am unable to get in to the "Setup Wizard" for this box.

The manual tells me to turn on the box and press the "Display" button next to the clock but this is not working.

I have also read somewhere on the net that pressing and holding down on the # button on the remote should let you in to the "Setup Wizard" as well, but doesn't seem to be working.

Anybody ?

Thank you very much. I have looked at the link and tried what it said and was able to get in to the setup wizard. I have configured my HD box and hopefully will not have any more problems. Thanks again !!
