when and where will we be able to purchase gefen home theater scaler? anyone know yet?

Talked to Gefen just minutes ago.. The guy I talked to was pretty clueless on several questions I asked him.. He said that the Home Theater Scaler is out now but the Home Theater Scaler PLUS is months away.. The PLUS manual will not be on their web page until the PLUS is availible... I asked him what the difference was ans he said that the Plus adds "S" video and a few other additions, was not really sure...
