I have red blotches appearing on bright scenes with red...Using the Panasonic blu-ray machine....Could this be the disc or is it the player?...Has anyone incountered this problem?...Thanks in advance.

Never mind...I figured it out. I had the Panasonic player set to 1080P and my projector accepts that signal, but it is not the native scan rate of the projector...I switched the player to 720P (the native scan rate of the projector), and now the red blotches are gone.
