Yesterday a Cox cable tech came to check a problem where I lost all my HD channels. He pressed some buttons on the front of the unit and it put a display overlaying the channel selected on the TV. Among other things displayed, it showed the signal strength of the selected channel in dBm. Every channel above 800 MHz was at -20 dBm, which he said is out of the functional range of the 2300.

Does anyone know the button combination to pull up this feature? The tech refused to tell me the combination and I've been looking through 2300 manuals on-line with no luck.
