is this gonna have the noise filtering problems that plagued the HD-DVD?

is warner going to correct the offending titles or do they want to have the same problems on both formats as a way of staying "neutral?"

If its Warner then you can expect a straight port of the HD DVD.
Sad.

This was one of the titles on HD DVD that I thought a long time about buying. In the end, I decided to wait primarily because of the comments about excessive filtering. Seeing they didn't fix it for BD, I'd just have to pick it up anyway. It's unlikely that anyone is going to do a full restoration on this one until the volumes justify it.

Well despite the filtering it is the best the movie has ever looked. The colors are beautifully saturated and some scenes are breathtaking. That's the HD DVD version. I had the sd version before and it didn't even come close in my books.

Don't believe the "filtering" hype. The HD DVD of Enter the Dragon is outstanding. Also, the film was released in 1973 so take the filtering argument with a dump truck full of salt.
