Hi guys....I'm moving back to Canada after being out of the country for 2 years, and I'm looking to get hooked up with a provider that doesn't run a credit check. I know that Rogers does....but I'm wondering if there are others that don't. I had a problem on my credit rating with my student loan that has put my credit very LOW.
