Has anyone seen the problem where the moxi-mate justs stops responding? The time freezes, and none of the functions work. It does not respond to any commands from the remote control or the box itself. The moxi DVR box is working fine.

The most likely explanation is that the Mate and the main unit are no longer communicating. Your remote signals are not getting back to the main box. Has something changed in your cable wiring?
