I have a small problem. I bought a DVI to HDMI cable to hook up my Motorola HD STB to my Samsung 4095 and the picture is split down the middle and the colors run off the screen at the bottom. This is the second cable that I tried, I originally tried a RadioShack Cable, and now a MonoPrice Cable. They both did the same thing. Is this common and is there a fix. For now I have it connected via Component and will keep it this way unless there is a quick fix. It is not the HDMI port, I have an Upconvert DVD player and it works in either HDMI port. I guess it could be the box.

Some Motorola STBs have had trouble with some Samsung HDTVs when using 720p resolution. I had such a problem and had to use 1080i instead. There is nothng wrong with using component there is no loss of resolution and you may not even notice a differnce in color quality.
