Well (as some of you might know), I have a Sony DAV C990 DreamSystem, and I just bought new cables for the subwoofer, which apparently short circuits.

I know this by th receiver goes to mode when the subwoofer is being used for about 15 seconds.

I rechecked all the plugings, unplugged and re plugged, and yes my system works fine w/o subwoofer plugged in.


Anyone recommend me what I should do now? Should I open it up and is there a fix?
