I can buy one new for around $500. Is it worth the trouble?

It would be used for 95% HT and 5% music (organ music, jazz, rock). Room is about 4500 cu. ft.

Also, would something from Paradigm in the way of a PW-2200 be in the same category?

Among other controls, it has two separate level control knobs: one for movie, one for music, and a selector switch. Interesting.
