Yeah, I gave up.... The interface is awful. I ordered over $60 worth of Blu-ray titles to also take advantage of free shipping. It gave me the 20% discount but for some reason the free shipping option wouldn't apply. If shipping isn't free, Amazon is just as cheap with the 10% promotional discount.

Agreed. I ended up not buying anything. Terrible website.
