I just recently bought a Vizio 32 inch HDTV a couple weeks back, and i received my Oppo upconverting DVD player yesterday. I'm currently looking around right now for a good home theater receiver, around the $250 - $300 mark. Its for a small bedroom. Any recommendations? Im looking to connect two video game consoles also, so if it can have DPLII that'd be a plus.

About the DVD player, should i have it set to 720p or 1080i?

Also, do you guys think it'd be a good idea to buy an air purifier for my room? Dust is a bit of a problem and im constantly having to use cans of air to blow it off. Thanks in advance.

As for the dust issue - I'd get your air ducts cleaned and make sure you have a good filter in place. That should take care of a lot of dust issues. But again, that depends on the home and the source of the dust (outside, carpet, pets, etc.).
