With only a $60 in price difference...what's the real world difference? Has anyone heard both?

I think HSU is out of the 3.2 ? I may be wrong.
Not sure if you can even get one at this point in time, ( at least not a new one from them) probably discontinued. That leaves you with the 2.3. I personaly have the 3.2 and I love it !
Now, I understand that there's about 1db to 1.5 db difference in level between the two in favor of the 3.2. In real world applications , the 2.3 should be very similar to the 3.2. You probably would be very happy with the 2.3 and save $ 60 in the process.

I'd take their word for it.

The max output levels are so close that I went with the VTF-2 MK3.
