I noticed that I get choppy video when the mp4s are >700 MB in size. I'm using a generic stick bought from Hong Kong through Ebay.

Anyone having good experiences with bigger mp4 files? If so, what stick are you using?

I don't think it's the encoding software (PSP Vid 9) - the files play fine on my PC...

I ripped lots of my movies for my PSP and I copy them to my two 4Gig sticks. I think My files are under 700 MB though.

I use DVDFab to create my PSP movies.
