I'm considering purchasing a Sony KF50E200A 50" rear projection LCD TV. I did a search and couldn't really find anything regarding this set. I'm not sure if it has a different model name in the US or what (I'm in Canada). It's currently on sale at a local retailer and falls right into my price range. I realize it's an older model, but for the sake of arguement, let's say this is the only set I'm considering.

I was wondering if anyone has this set or could offer any comments. How does it compare to DLP sets? What kind of lamp life can I expect? How does the picture compare to other sets? How well does it handle PC input? How well does it scale SD signals? Are there any known problems?

I'd greatly appreciate it if anyone could answer any of my questions or offer any other useful input. Thanks. :)
