I've used this setup for years and then I moved and was setting it all up again and now the video won't come in, just sound. The picture is all wavy and staticy. Any idea's.

Your TV has some sort of "input select" control. Have you tried rotating through them, and do you not get a picture on "Video 2"?

Simply try using a different set of cables. I have found that many cable connections can go bad simply by having wiggled them around a bit.
