What keys do you need to press to get into service mode for RCA HD61THW263? Do you have to press them on remote or set or doesn't it make a difference?

Specifically I need to reset the web browser. Powering down/unplugging set doesn't do it.

Would also be interested in purchasing a service manual if price is reasonable.
