I have Panasonic TH-58PX600U 58 in Plasma TV ,
Samsung Hi-Def Conversion DVD Player (DVD-HD860)( HDMI)
Yamaha RX-V1700( 2 HDMI)
HD cable box ( HDMI)
dish box , not hd

CAN ANYONE HELP ME HOW TO SETUP? I WANT TO USE HDMI CABLES AND I WOULD LIKE TO LISTEN BOTH CABLE AND DISH CHANNELS FROM THE RECIEVER.. WHAT S THEBEST WAY TO SET UP? PLEASE REPLY..

This is the subwoofer forum. You might have better luck in the receiver forum.

If your TV has HDMI, hook both the dvd and hd cable to box to the receiver HDMI inputs and then HDMI output to the tv.

Run the dish box into the receiver via component, and a optical or coax audio cable and the yamaha should convert it to hdmi. Check your manual, I'm not sure.
