My roommate goes though DVD players like crazy and its expensive and annoying. Are there any good DVD players that would take the beating of some watching DVD's 14hrs a day and skipping tracks and scenes.

I had a Toshiba DVD player that lasted about 3 months, and a Pioneer last for 2 months. Granted they were '04 models but like I said, this is getting expensive;)
