My athena 12" powered sub amp has died, brought to the lab at work but cant get it working any other ideas on what could use to power this sub?any DIY setups? That sub really pissed me off hardly any use on it but out of warrenty. I took the sub out to test it and man that sub is pretty weak!

Time for a PB-10?

Never had any issues with my AS-P400 but Athena switched amp designs for the AS-P4000/6000 series so maybe they were lower quality. What do you mean by the sub being pretty weak?

The sub is just a really small magnet generic looking sub, just looks cheap.But at least that part of it still works.
