Ok I split the sub singal on my reciever, I then ran the cable to the 100watt parts express amp. into the low level inputs. I then ran 14 speaker wire from the high level out puts to each of my two bass shakers...obviously this doesnt work...can someone please help.

Um, I am not sure why that does not work, it should. You should be able to split the signal. Do the shaker/amp work when you go directly into the plate amp instead fo the sub?
