We haven't had alot of choices for new releases on HDDVD for awhile, so how many of you are throwing down some of your hard earned cash?

pre ordered ultimate matrix!

Happy Feet and Children of Men. Happy Feet looks amazing. I first strarted watching it and was not impressed then about 2 minutes later it was game over. It looks awesome.

Preordered CoM a few days ago, otherwise waiting until April 15th to preorder roughly 10 titles

I nabbed Children of Men and March of the Penguins..... not too interested in Happy Feet. Got them for Target's price at Best Buy.

Is Children of Men a movie that has replay value? I've never seen it, but is it one of those movies like se7en or Signs that once you watch it once, it is no fun to watch it again?

Only Happy Feet, just skipped around on it, pretty much stunning throughout - the sea lion was insane.

I waited all friggin' day to see some reviews on the COM quality and found none...I don't get that, I like reading them before I buy....

I didn't watch Children of Men, or Happy Feet at the theater, so its even better never having seen them.

I just bought a couple of hundred $$$ worth of HD-DVDs. I haven't bought any for a few months (busy) but I am getting back in the saddle! I plan on purchasing another 10 or so before summer plus another player.

Yes, I got with my pre-order.

I was in Best Buy today and saw that the HD-DVD rack was completely picked over! There were plenty of empty spaces there, and it was nice to see they stocked up on Happy Feet and Children of Men for HD-DVD and this weeks BD releases as well. And they were prominantly shown next to their SD counterpart at the front of the store. Finally!

Anyway, I was amazed to see the stock levels so low for HD-DVD. Either they're doing a fire sale (at $30+ I think not!) or they're selling well.
