My man goal is playing HD Divx files, Can ether of these plays play them? And if so what one is best? Im sure the 981 is better but is it worth the extra $70?


And if its good with HD Divx is there a guide out there for how they should be encoded to play the best on the player? I know im my old Phillips it toke many converting steps to get Divx to play right

No, none of the Oppos will play any HD format.

Looks like most of the players got sub par reviews, Looks liek ill have to wait till HD DVD burners are down in price
