Some reason when I play a disc in my dvd player the color is all green and yellowish. I tried moving the speakers so they would face away from the tv and that did not work.

Are you using component video cables? If so, check them. One may have come loose.

thanks for replying. I already checked the conponent cables 3 times. I unplugged and plugged them back. They are in correct order and I pushed them in as hard as I can so there's no loose cable.

One of the cable may have gone bad. Find any other cable with rca jacks on the end of it and substitute it to see if it fixes it.

When did it start? Had it been working normally before today or is this a new system?

If it is a new dvd player, there may be a switch on the back or a menu in the set up with a choice of s-video or component (or something similar). Switch that to component if this is the case.
