I haven't found this from Amazon.co.jp's HD DVD list, but the same movie is listed there as DVD with the same release date and same original price. I think this may be the same DVD + HD DVD release but can't confirm yet:

Shochiku Home Video's homepage also classifies this as DVD:

They have a comment there in Japanese that says something like this:

First in the industry, HD-DVD bundle pack (only main part is included as HD-DVD).

It seems the HD DVD portion includes no extras, but DVD portion includes 4 different endings and one trailer or something like that. I'm not sure whether it has 2 different discs or whether HD DVD and DVD are on the same disc (and same or different side).

I'll try to get this once it is released.
