I'm new here, so not really sure if this is the right spot to post this.

I am currently thinking of buying a Mitsubishi HD1000u, the only things holding me back are.
1) Rainbow Effect
2) Offset.

So I was wondering if anyone knew of a place that does Demo's of this model, or if anyone in the Saint Louis area wouldn't mind me having a look at it.

The offset I may/should be able to overcome, but the rainbow effect is something I'll need to find out if it bothers me before I buy. (have yet to see a commercial projector in action)

P.S Only thing really keeping me from going the LCD route is, image degradation. I plan on keeping the projector for 2-3 years, using it 8-12 hours a day. (on avg)

Any help is welcome, and thanks in advance.
