I'm a very new senior citizen Panasonic Eh 75V user. I've been quite pleased with it's functions so far--even with Dish Network.

I note you talk about dubbing. What does this term mean? It's not in the glossary.

I don't think you are dubbing in sound. Is this simply copying to DVD?

Dubbing is when you copy a VHS tape to a DVD. I also refer to this as Transferring.

The EH75V's manual and menus call this action "copying." They also use this term for going from DVD to HDD, HDD to DVD, etc. (unlike my old E85 which does call these operations "dubbing")
