I recetnly moved into a new home, I have pre-wired setup for 5.1 system for my family room. They provide me a wall-plate with the markings for the diff speaker - front, back & center....

My questions is what kind of cables/connectors should I buy to connect my the receiver to the jacks on this wall plate.
