Did us mpeg2 people just get shafted or is this some glitch?

I'm using a sony HD-300. Normally i would get the game on 95 or 96. Instead I get the Bluejay game.

Customer service says that I should be getting the game, and they have no answer why I'm not

CSR made me reset my HD-Tivo after explaining to her its not the issue.
