Hi: yesterday you guys were nice enough to help me out with a connection issue. You said to connect my DVD and HD Cable box to my receiver, and the my receiver to my TV all via the HDMI outlets. I am always used to controlling the inputs (what I am watching) with my TV, in the above connection, I assume I will be switching from cable to DVD (I also have Free-To-Air Sattelite) via the receiver?? Also seeing as I will be out of HDMI cable for my FTA box should I go component to my TV then optical to my receiver?? My Denon AVR2807 comes with a setuo mic..do I still need a calibration disc? Thanks a lot!!!
